Guacamole & Blue Corn Chips

Guacamole,
Blue Corn Chips and Salsa


Ingredients (Two Servings)

      1 Haas Avocado, slightly soft, no bruises
      1-2 TB fresh squeezed lemon
      1 tsp. Spike seasoning
      1 tsp. Italian herbs

Preparation

Cut Avocado in half, scoop out insides and mash in a bowl.
Add rest of ingredients and blend.
Place in a small glass serving dish and refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
Serve with Tostitos Natural blue corn chips and Chachies salsa.
